When a client of yours has a stellar experience with you, it seems like a given to ask them to leave you a review. You might ask for it to take place on Yelp, Google+, Facebook and maybe a few other specific platforms — TripAdvisor for a tour or restaurant and Avvo for a legal service. In the instance of continuous work, where you provide a service over the course of days, weeks or even months, a testimonial works well to bring the start-to-finish to a focal point.
