Challenges and Objectives

Setareh Law faced limited visibility in competitive California markets, inconsistent lead generation in newer service locations, and needed improved online reputation management, particularly seeking expansion in Fresno. Our objectives were to increase organic visibility and website traffic, generate more quality leads through their website and Google Business Profiles, strengthen online reputation through consistent review acquisition, and improve performance across all service locations.

Strategic Approach

Our comprehensive strategy centered on four key pillars. We implemented robust content development with 18 pages and 6 blogs monthly, focusing on location-specific content targeting high-volume keywords and practice area pages optimized for conversion. Local SEO optimization prioritized consistent Google Business Profile management with regular monitoring to prevent keyword removal and strategic review acquisition campaigns by location.

Technical SEO enhancements included restructuring geo pages for improved crawlability, implementing a new footer design, and conducting comprehensive audits to fix redirect chains. User experience improvements added video content to key pages, implemented conversion rate optimization strategies, redesigned the homepage, and optimized for mobile responsiveness.

Results and Growth

The implementation yielded impressive results across multiple performance indicators. Organic traffic saw an 86% year-over-year increase in total calls (Feb 2024 – Feb 2025), with organic website users growing from 1,153 in January 2024 to 1,457 in February 2025, and impressions expanding from 11,055 to 29,613 over the same period.

Lead generation improved significantly with first-time form submissions with legal intent increasing by 75%, while maintaining consistent growth in calls over 2 minutes, indicating quality leads. The firm now ranks in Top 3 positions for 16 keywords (up from 14) and holds first-page rankings for 31 keywords, including multiple #1 rankings for competitive terms like “Tracy car accident lawyer.”

Local visibility showed remarkable improvement with Tracy location achieving 100% Share of Local Voice for targeted keywords, Santa Rosa improving from 0% to 83% for “personal injury lawyer,” and Stockton climbing from 0% to 79% for key terms. First-time calls increased significantly across Modesto (+55%), Fresno (+69%), and Tracy (+64%).
