William Adams is the Technical Advisor for the Best Environment for System Transformation (BEST) Team at Microsoft and has been with the company since 1999 covering a variety of roles. In addition to working at Microsoft, Adams has founded a startup and is an avid podcast guest.
At Microsoft, Adams has become a staple and leader for minority employees. He created and runs the LEAP Engineering Apprenticeship Program which transforms the recruiting process to be more inclusive of diverse talent.
