Inside Market My Market’s Content Strategy: 2025 Wins and 2026 Goals

By the Market My Market content team, with insights from Lindsay Bennett-Guido, Kimberly Osborn, and Tanner Mowery

The digital content landscape is constantly changing, and so are our processes at Market My Market. As a marketing partner built on transparency, strategy, and measurable growth, we pushed ourselves to rethink how we use AI to produce human-centered content and strengthen the connection between every blog, page, and resource we create in 2025. With standardized, detailed prompts and content guidelines that help us deliver the same high-quality, customized content to our clients, we’re proud of the progress we’ve made this year and look forward to what lies ahead in 2026.

In the new year, the MMM content team plans to use this momentum to take our offerings to the next level. From implementing infographics and other visual elements to improving linking processes and adopting more human-driven storytelling that reflects real-world experience, our approach will evolve, but our goal of creating content that delivers real value will remain the same.

Lindsay Bennett-Guido — Content Specialist

In 2025, we transformed how we gather the stories and expertise that fuel our content. We introduced a comprehensive content onboarding interview process that kicks off every new client relationship, giving us deep insights into practice philosophies, team culture, and the unique approaches that set each business apart. This foundation became the cornerstone for authentic content that truly reflects who our clients are and what they stand for. Beyond onboarding, we implemented a systematic approach to updating client bios through dedicated interview sessions, ensuring that team member profiles stay current and capture the evolving expertise and personalities behind each practice.

We also ramped up our ongoing interview series designed to generate truly unique blog content that competitors simply can’t replicate. By regularly sitting down with practitioners to discuss their experiences, challenges, and insights, we’ve created a content library that goes beyond industry best practices to showcase real-world expertise. These conversations have produced everything from case study narratives to thought leadership pieces that position our clients as the trusted authorities they are.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re exploring how to leverage AI to weave client quotes and insights into a broader range of content, not just interview-specific pieces. By building a repository of client voices and perspectives gathered through our interview process, we’ll be able to incorporate authentic quotes and expertise across more blogs, service pages, and resources. This ensures that every piece of content reflects the real people behind the practice, even when it’s not structured as a traditional interview.

This year, we rolled up our sleeves and took a hard look at how we were creating content, because honestly? There’s always room for improvement. Perhaps our most significant change was our development of standardized prompts that help us work smarter (not harder) with AI tools. All while maintaining the authentic voice our clients are known for. We also committed to including real voices in our content through interviews and direct quotes from practitioners, because let’s face it: nobody wants to read generic advice when they could hear from someone who’s actually been in the trenches. Our internal linking system got a major upgrade too, making sure every piece of content connects meaningfully to others on the site rather than existing in isolation.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re not hitting the brakes anytime soon. Infographics are at the top of our list, because sometimes a great visual can explain what three paragraphs can’t. We’re continuing to refine our prompts further to produce better first drafts that require less heavy editing on the back end. We’re also planning to make interviews and expert quotes a standard part of our process, not just an added benefit. Think more employee spotlights, more client success stories, and more industry insights straight from the people living them every day. The goal is to keep creating content that doesn’t just rank well, but actually helps real people running real practices.

Tanner Mowery — Content Writer

2025 was the year of change in terms of content for Market My Market. AI usage was a new peak, and it suddenly became possible to scale output at an unprecedented level. In response, the way people interact with copy also changed. This produced both an opportunity and a challenge: how can we leverage this new technology while simultaneously ensuring every piece still sounds distinctly human and also manages to stand out from the competitors?

Our answer came through the development of comprehensive, standardized prompts that guide our AI tools to produce content that aligns with each client’s unique voice, industry standards, and target audience needs. But we didn’t stop there. We understood that even the most sophisticated AI can’t replace the credibility and connection that comes from real human experience. It also doesn’t do anything to differentiate that piece of content from competitors who can use the same tools, given they have access to them. That’s why we made it a priority to incorporate practitioner interviews, direct quotes, and firsthand insights into our content. When a dentist shares their approach to patient care or an attorney explains a complex legal process in their own words, it transforms generic information into genuine expertise that readers can trust, and something wholly unique. In 2026, we will continue to implement these new developments and make our content the best it can possibly be.
