Internal App – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Overview

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of internal tools and applications developed and operated by Market My Market, LLC (“MMM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These tools are built exclusively for internal use by MMM staff and are not intended for public access, distribution, or use by clients or third parties.

2. Authorized Users

Access to MMM internal applications is restricted solely to current employees and authorized contractors of Market My Market, LLC. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. By accessing any MMM internal application, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized MMM team member.

3. Data Accessed

Depending on the specific internal tool, the application may access data from integrated business systems, including but not limited to QuickBooks invoice and payment data, HubSpot CRM records, Google Workspace data, Asana project data, and other internal operational data. All data accessed through MMM internal applications remains the exclusive property of Market My Market, LLC and its clients, as applicable.

4. Permitted Use

MMM internal applications may only be used for legitimate business purposes in connection with your role at Market My Market, LLC. You agree not to share credentials, export data outside of authorized workflows, or use any internal application for personal or unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. No Warranties

MMM internal applications are provided “as is” for internal operational use. We make no warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose beyond their stated internal function.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, content, workflows, and functionality within MMM internal applications are the proprietary intellectual property of Market My Market, LLC. Reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Changes to This Agreement

Market My Market, LLC reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of internal applications following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
