This Privacy Policy describes how Market My Market, LLC (“MMM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal applications and tools. These applications are designed exclusively for use by MMM staff and are not consumer-facing products.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies only to current employees and authorized contractors of Market My Market, LLC who access MMM internal applications in the course of their employment. It does not apply to MMM clients or members of the public.

3. What Data Is Accessed

MMM internal applications may access the following categories of data, depending on the tool:

Financial data: QuickBooks invoice data, payment records, and billing information for internal reporting and reconciliation purposes.
CRM data: HubSpot contact and company records for account management workflows.
Project data: Asana tasks, projects, and status updates for operational visibility.
Communication data: Google Workspace email and calendar data for scheduling and communication workflows.
Website performance data: Analytics and SEO metrics from integrated platforms.

All data accessed is limited to what is necessary to fulfill the specific function of each internal tool.

4. How Data Is Used

Data accessed through MMM internal applications is used solely for legitimate internal business operations, including invoicing, client account management, project coordination, and SEO service delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share internal application data with third parties outside of the integrations necessary to operate the tools themselves.

5. Data Storage & Security

MMM internal applications operate through secured API integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Asana). Data is not stored locally in the internal application beyond what is needed for active session functionality. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect data accessed through internal tools.

6. Access Controls

Access to MMM internal applications is restricted to authorized personnel only. Login credentials are managed through MMM’s internal identity management systems. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our internal tools integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Asana, and Anthropic’s Claude API. Each of these third parties maintains their own privacy and security policies that govern data within their respective systems.

8. Changes to This Policy

Market My Market, LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify MMM team members of material changes through internal communication channels.
