Noah Swor began and grew his interest in marketing through his time at the University of Central Florida while obtaining a business degree. Noah applied for an internship at Market My Market during his undergrad studies to grow his skillset and gain hands-on experience. “Throughout my internship, I gained a great foundation in SEO and digital marketing.”
After his internship ended, the team offered Noah a full-time position with the company, and he has been here ever since. He said that staying with the company was a no-brainer.
“I saw the vision of the company and where it was heading. More importantly, I knew how passionate everyone was, and still is, about the work we do,” Noah said.
In addition, Noah said he continued his journey at Market My Market because he believed in the business, which motivated him to grow and continue in his role.
Since joining, Noah said he enjoys the endless amount of growth potential the company offers. “Leaders don’t place a ceiling on your growth. They provide you with opportunities to learn more and expand upon your role,” Noah said.
As a Marketing Manager, Noah helps facilitate the marketing SEO campaigns for all our 50+ clients, but no two days are ever the same. One day, Noah might be conducting on-page optimizations for a client, but he could be managing web page development the next for a different client. “The variety in my days keeps me on my toes,” Noah said.
Since being with Market My Market, Noah has noticed that the company is becoming more of a trendsetter within the digital marketing industry. Utilizing Google Local Service Ads is just one example that comes into his mind. “At the time, it was a brand new type of advertising and not many companies were using it, and I was able to oversee the process of getting this tool set up for a couple of nearly a dozen of our clients,” Noah said.
“We always want to be one of the first agencies to try something new for our clients,” Noah said. “I think it’s one of the many things that sets us apart from other agencies.”
