She went to school at the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor’s degree in both Advertising and Political Science. She loves speaking with her team and feeling welcome in the workplace, motivated by the peace of working with a great company.

Q&A With Krysten
What Does a Typical Workday Look Like for You?
“Typically, I log in, and the first thing I’ll do is go through my emails and Slack messages to see if anyone sent anything over while I was off for the night before or through the weekend. After that, I’ll get into Asana tasks and work through those and see if there are any client meetings that I need to be on or if there’s any help that I can do for any of the other account managers. I’ve been in the 30/60/90s and checking forms. Doing checks on different clients.”
How Do You Deal With Issues Relating to Workflow and Time Management?
“I think Asana is a great help for keeping everything organized with tasks. I’m also a big fan of just pen and paper. If I stop doing something to move over to something else, I make sure to write that down so that I don’t forget about it because if I don’t, it will just leave me forever.
“Time management — I think I do a pretty good job of trying to notice how much time I’m spending on something, and if it seems like it’s taking too long, maybe take a break from it and work on other things that might need more attention. Then maybe coming back to that and being like, ‘Okay, I just needed a break from that.’”
What Sounds Like a Perfect Saturday?
“Okay, perfect Saturday, I would wake up around 10-ish. Not very early. Get some coffee, like a local coffee shop. Like a little different than making it at home. And then maybe head over to one of the Disney parks. Just have a nice day. Walk around a bit. Maybe take some cute pictures.”
What Do You Enjoy Doing in Your Spare Time?
“I love houseplants, and I used to have a really big collection, but I moved into an apartment that has less window space. So it’s kind of a mess right now. But I do love plants, and I have a bit of a green thumb.
“Other than that, I like to try new restaurants. I’m a bit of a foodie. It makes it a little bit difficult, but I’m also a vegetarian. So, trying to find places that have really decent vegetarian food is sometimes a little difficult, but it makes it kind of fun as well.
“I also have a Disney annual pass, so I go to the parks a bit just for a nice walk.”
What Is Something Most People Don’t Know About You?
“I love fashion. I am a big fan of putting together a really nice outfit. Especially if there’s a theme for the event or if there’s a color scheme that I can go with. I love putting together a whole thing and then trying to accessorize and having a really nice thought-out look.”
Where Do You See Yourself in Five Years?
“Well, I’m an account coordinator now, but hopefully, I’ll be an account manager by then. And still rocking it over here. I really like working here.”
